Reference Data

Target NameHomo sapiens natriuretic peptide receptor 3 (NPR3), transcript variant 2
Alternative NameANP-C; ANPR-C; ANPRC; C5orf23; GUCY2B; NPR-C; NPRC
Database LinkNP_000899
Entrez Gene 4883 Human
FunctionThe family of natriuretic peptides (see MIM 108780) elicit a number of vascular, renal, and endocrine effects that are important in the maintenance of blood pressure and extracellular fluid volume. These effects are mediated by specific binding of the peptides to cell surface receptors in the vasculature, kidney, adrenal, and brain

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY NPR3 (RC219453, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-NPR3.
