The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Short and Pfarr,J Biol Chem. 2002 Sep 6;277(36):32697-705. PMID: 12105216). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. This antibody is expected NOT to cross-react with Jun oncogen (NP_002219.1, GeneID 3725)
