Validated Antibody and Cell Lysate Collections

OriGene has used its TrueClone cDNA collection to create a large collection of transiently transfected cell lysates (Gene Over Expression Cell Lysates) as Western blot standards (WBS).  These WBS lysates are ideal antigen standards for antibody validation.  OriGene is now providing a collection of antibodies that have been validated against these antigens.  Each validated antibody is shipped with denatured control antigen lysates (the gene specific WBS lysate and the cDNA vector transfected cell lysate).

OriGene guarantees all its antibodies will detect the corresponding Gene WBS lysate at the correct molecular weights (via Western Blot analysis).  The growing list of validated OriGene Antibody and Cell Lysate Collections can be found through these links or by searching your desired gene name.
