Goat Anti-Mouse Secondary Antibody
|Product Name||Peroxidase Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (Min Hu, Rb)|
|Immunogen||Mouse IgG, whole molecule|
|Application||WB: 1:3,000-10,000; ELISA: 1:20,000-40,000|
|Buffer||0.01M PBS (pH7.4)|
|Purification||This antibody was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography which removes essentially all goat serum proteins, except the specific antibody for mouse IgG. |
|Storage||Store lyophilized powders at 2-8C. When ready to use, reconstitute with 0.5ml dH2O and centrifuge briefly. Product is stable at 2-8C for 6 weeks as undiluted liquid. Prepare small aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For extended storage after rehydration, aliquot and store at -20C or below. Product will be state for one year after rehydration. Alternatively, add an equal volume of glycerol (ACS grade or better) for a final concentration of 50% and store at -20C. Please note that, adding glycerol reduces the stated protein concentration by half and the dilution ratio should be adjusted accordingly.|
|Note||This peroxidase conjugated antibody is specific for mouese IgG and shows no cross-reactivity other animal species IgG proteins.|
