How to Redeem your Hoodie

  1. Place an order and write down the sales order number (number must start with SR).
  2. Fill out the claim form below and be sure to include your sales order number.
  3. You will receive your hoodie 4-6 weeks after the end of the promotional period when your entire order is shipped, completed and invoiced.
  4. If you decide to cancel or adjust your order after the confirmation is made, the amount will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the change.
  5. The address you enter below will be the shipping address for your hoodie.
