Conjugation Unconjugated

Feline Serum Proteins goat polyclonal antibody, Serum

Applications ID, IP, R
Reactivities Feline
Conjugation Unconjugated

Feline IgG (H+L chain) goat polyclonal antibody, Serum

Applications Can be used:
• In precipitating techniques as Immunoelectrophoresis and Double Radial Immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG.
• As secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal Cat serum.
• To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the production of Ig-free Cat serum, plasma or non-Ig preparations.
Directions for use:
Immunoelectrophoresis: Use 2 μl or equivalent against 120 μl antiserum.
Double Radial Immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony): Use a rosette arrangement with 10 μl antiserum in a 3 mm diameter centre well and 2 μl serum samples (neat and diluted) in 2 mm diameter peripheral wells.

Feline IgA (Fc specific) goat polyclonal antibody, Serum

Applications Precipitating techniques as Immunoelectrophoresis and Single and Double Radial Immunodiffusion (Mancini, Ouchterlony) to identify the presence of IgA in Cat serum or other body fluids or to determine its concentration. To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of Cat IgA from serum or plasma.
Recommended Dilutions:
Immunoelectrophoresis: Use 2 µl or equivalent against 120 µl antiserum.
Double Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10 µl antiserum in a 3 mm diameter centre well and 2 µl serum samples (neat and diluted) in 2 mm diameter peripheral wells.
Antibody Titre: Precipitin titre not less than 1/32 when tested against normal Cat serum in agar block titration.

Feline IgA+IgG+IgM (H+L chain) goat polyclonal antibody, Serum

Applications Precipitating techniques as Immunoelectrophoresis and Single and Double Radial Immunodiffusion (Mancini, Ouchterlony) to identify and measure immunoglobulins; as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal Cat serum.
Antibody Titre: Precipitin titre not less than 1/64 when tested against normal Cat serum in agar block titration.

Feline IgA (secretory) goat polyclonal antibody, Serum

Applications Precipitating techniques as Immunoelectrophoresis and Single and Double Radial Immunodiffusion (Mancini, Ouchterlony) to identify the presence of IgA in Cat milk or other body fluids or to determine its concentration. To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of Cat IgA from serum or exocrine secretions.
Antisera to IgA or sIgA do not discriminate between serum IgA (monomeric and dimeric) and higher molecular forms such as secretory IgA. This antiserum is not intended for use in non-precipitating antibody-binding or other highly sensitive assays. This does not exclude the use of the antiserum in more sensitive techniques if proper controls are included.
