• Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).
• Preparation: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction.
• Applications: Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates.
  Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat IgG, anti-Goat IgG F(c) and anti-Goat Serum.
  No reaction was observed against anti-Goat IgG F(ab')2 or anti-Papain.

• Storage: Store (undiluted) at 2-8°C prior to restoration.
  For extended storage reconstitute product with 50% glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.

  Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
