• Protein Description: Recombinant Human IL-35 produced froms HEK293 cells is a glycosylated, heterodimeric protein that migrates as a diffuse band centered at an apparent molecular weight of about 60 kDa by SDS-PAGE analysis under non-reducing conditions.
  Recombinant Human IL-35 expressed in HEK293 cells contains 406 amino acid residues and has a calculated molecular weight of 45.8 kDa.
