Human tonsil stained with with OriGene Rat anti Ki67 (TA801577 diluted 1:100) seen as the green nuclear stain and Rabbit anti-CD3 (A0452 diluted 1:100) red membrane stain. HIER buffer Accel (B22C-125) was used 10 minutes pressure cooker. Primary , secondary antibodies, and chromogens were incubated according to protocol sheet.
