IHC staining of FFPE human tonsil tissue within normal limits using mouse anti-B cell and mouse anti-CD3 polyclonal antibodies and Polink DS-MM-Hu A detection kit DS203A-18. The red and brown stain indicate positive stain and blue is the counter stain. It is mounted using a permanent aqueous mounting medium E03-18.

  Immunohistology staining on human colon cancer stained by mouse anti-MAGEA3 clone OTI1G9 C/N TA800804 and mouse anti-MSH6 clone UMAB258 C/N UM800148. Staining was achieved with HIER Citrate pH6. Positive stain showed with the brown and red chromogen present. 4-micron sections, 40x magnification
