CHO cells were tranfected with BAF57-Myc/DDK plasmid (OriGene Cat# RC209444). The cells were fixed with 2% formaldehyde for 20 min, and permeabilized with 0.1% saponin in PBS for 10 min. The cells were then incubated with DyLight488-labeled DDK antibodies diluted 1:50 in PBS/0.1% saponin for 20 min. The cells were then washed and observed under a fluorescent microscope. Please note the nucleus staining pattern for BAF57.

  HEK293T cells were transfected with PON3 cDNA (Cat# RC210019). After 48 hours, the cells were detached, fixed with 2% formaldehyde for 30 min, and permeabilized with 0.1% trixon-X100. The cells were then stained with DyLight488-conjugated mouse IgG1 (black line) or DyLight488- conjugated DDK antibodies diluted at 1:100 (red line).
