  Screening for N-protein in paraffin-embedded on left mock transfected HEK 293T cells negative and on the right HEK 293T transfected with Myc-DDK-tagged ORF clone (Cat# VC102555) for SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid phosphoprotein showing positive stain. Immuno-cytochemical staining was done with rabbit polyclonal anti-SARS-CoV-2 N Protein (CAT# TA890226) at 1:200. No heat-induced epitope retrieval was used.

  Left: HEK293T transfected with plasmids overexpressing SARS-CoV-2 N gene (Cat# VC102555). Cells were fixed in 2% neutral buffer formalin and detected with N protein rabbit polyclonal antibody (Cat# TA890226). Polink1 anti rabbit HRP polymer (Cat# D13-18) was done for 30 min in room temperature followed by DAB. 40x image. Right: Untransfected HEK293T.
