Anti-BUB1B mouse monoclonal antibody (TA500679) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY BUB1B (RC205844).

• 

  Western blot analysis of extracts (35ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-BUB1B monoclonal antibody.

• 

  HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY BUB1B (RC205844, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-BUB1B. Positive lysates LY420068 (100ug) and LC420068 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

• 

  Flow cytometric Analysis of Jurkat cells, using anti-BUB1B antibody (TA500679), (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody (TA50011), (Blue).

• 

  Flow cytometric Analysis of Hela cells, using anti-BUB1B antibody (TA500679), (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody (TA50011), (Blue).

• 

  HEK293T cells transfected with either RC205844 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-BUB1B antibody (TA500679), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
