A specific band was detected for Caspase 9 at approximately 53 kDa (as indicated) using 20 ug/mL of Mouse Anti-Caspase 9 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # TA309596). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
