| Specificity | Target protein is human hepato-cellular carcinoma related protein. Using indirect immunofluorescence assay, the MAb CHALV1 showed positive reactions with 8 human hepato-cellular carcinoma cell lines and more than 12 human liver cancer surgical specimens tested. There were no detectable positive reactions with other human tumour cell lines and solid tumour specimens. This antibody also showed negative reaction to all normal human adult tissues and fetal tissues tested. Cross-reactivity with other species has not been tested. |
