RNAi with HuSH-29 and Exact-shRNA

There are two types of RNAi product/service from OriGene.

HuSH-29 is the pre-designed shRNA with genome wide coverage for human and mouse. For each target gene, 4 constructs are provided and effective knockdown is guaranteed.

Exact-shRNA is the customized service for additional flexibility. Researchers can either design their own shRNAs or just specify the target sequence and let OriGene take care of the design and production.

Based on the published discoveries that siRNA molecules of 27-29mer stem are superior to the conventional design of 21mer RNAi, OriGene offers shRNA constructs with 29mer target length. In fact, OriGene is the only company that takes this advantage while many other leading RNAi companies are still providing outdated designs.
