Examples of Downregulation of Other Gene Overexpression by HuSH Constructs 
HEK293T cells were plated at 2 X 105 ml for 2ml into a 6-well plate one day before transfection. One ug of each shRNA construct was cotransfected with 300 ng of the corresponding cDNA plasmid using 4 ul TurboFectin 8.0 for transient transfection. Cells were lysed 72 hrs post transfection . Five ug protein were loaded on Invitrogen NuPage Gel system and separated proteins were immunoblotted with corresponding Validated Antibodies from OriGene. |
