QUANTI-LADDER DNA MARKER

Quanti-Ladder DNA Marker is a ready-to-use molecular weight marker ideal for easy quantification and molecular weight determination. Quanti-Ladder DNA Marker contains 14 bands with standard size range from 0.2 to 10 kb - 200 to 10,000 base pairs of double-stranded DNA.

Fig. 1 Quanti-Ladder DNA Marker is prepared in loading buffer containing the tracking dyes bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF and is available in 1 ml and 5 ml sizes.

Quanti-Ladder DNA Marker consists of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 8.0 and 10 kilobases bands. The 1.0 and 10 kilobase-pairs bands have a higher intensity than the others to allow quick and easy identification. Using a standard load of 5 L, each band corresponds to an exact quantitation of DNA (Fig 1).
