APPLICATION
- The cDNA libraries were designed as to complement the DupLEX-A yeast two-hybrid system. The cDNA are cloned downstream of B42-HA domain under Gal promoter. For the customer who already have the Duplex-A system in house, the libraries can be used for identification of novel protein interactions with a bait protein.
- Once positive clone is identified, the plasmid can be used to express fusion protein with HA tag which allows detection with HA antibody.
- The library can be used as cDNA template to PCR amplify target genes or gene fragments with specific primer pairs.
- The library can be used as standard plasmid libraries for isolation of cDNA clones using conventional nucleic acid-based screening strategies.
