DESCRIPTION

Multiple-Choice™ Total RNA is isolated from fresh or snap-frozen samples. All mRNAs are extracted from total RNAs using oligo-dT columns. All polyA+ RNAs are passed through the column twice to ensure the highest purity and quality evaluated by denaturing agarose gel and Northern blot hybridization. Sharp ribosomal bands of 28S and 18S and an approximate 2:1 ratio of 28S rRNA band over 18S ribosomal band are required to pass product quality control.
