MAST4 phosphorylates FOXO1. Reaction mixtures from the kinase assay with recombinant FOXO1 (OriGene TP300477) as the substrate and immunoprecipitated kinase MAST4 from nd-SH-SY5Y cells treated with different concentrations of 27-hydroxycholesterol (27OHC) for 30 minutes were analyzed in Western blot with indicated antibodies.
