Sequence Data: Fully Sequenced ORF          5' Read Nucleotide Sequence
OTI Disclaimer: Our molecular clone sequence data has been matched to the reference identifier above as a point of reference. Note that the complete sequence of our molecular clones may differ from the sequence published for this corresponding reference, e.g., by representing an alternative RNA splicing form or single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP).
Product Components: The cDNA clone is shipped in a 2-D bar-coded Matrix tube as dried plasmid DNA. The package also includes 100 pmols of both the corresponding 5' and 3' vector primers in separate vials. Every lot of primer is tested to provide clean sequencing of OriGene TrueClones.
Protein Families: ES Cell Differentiation/IPSTransmembrane

LocusID: 64866 Cytogenetic: 3p21.31
Summary: The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane protein containing three extracellular CUB domains. This protein is found to be overexpressed in colon and lung cancers. Its expression level is correlated with the metastatic ability of carcinoma cells. This protein is located on the cell surface. It has been shown to be tyrosine phosphorylated in a cancer cell line. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].

Transcript Variant: This variant (2) differs in the 3' UTR and coding region, as compared to variant 1. The resulting isoform (2) has a distinct and shorter C-terminus, as compared to isoform 1.

* Delivery time is an estimate in business days. Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen complexities in the preparation of your construct. International customers may expect an additional 1-2 weeks in shipping
