1. If you have NCBI RefSeq accession number, either NM or XM, or Gene Symbol, enter it in the space provided and click "GO”
2. When search by key word or gene name, make sure you do not include product type descriptions, such as clone, antibody, or shRNA, etc.
3. When one key word does not return any result, try the following options:
   1. Try another name: e.g., TP53 for p53
   2. Try both full and abbreviated gene names, e.g., caspase 8 vs. CASP8
   3. Remove space or dash (-) in your search terms
