TurboFectin 8.0 is optimal for shRNA delivery

Double the knockdown efficiency!

hushlink

HEK 293T cells were plated at 10,000 cells/well in a 96-well plate in DMEM with 10% FBS. Both  pCMV-luciferase and HuSH 29-mer shRNA-Luc were transfected using optimal ratios of DNA to each transfection reagent. Luciferase activity was measured at 48hrs. using BriteLite substrate (Perkin Elmer). Results are shown as percent silencing acheived for triplicate experiments.
