Validated Antibodies:

Western Blots: OriGene carries only those antibodies that were validated using Western blot analyses. For that purpose, we always assure that our antibodies detect the corresponding Gene Over Expression Cell Lysate (OECL), OriGene's Western blot standard (WBS), at the correct molecular weights in the Western blot analyses. OriGene provides an aliquot of the denatured Gene WBS lysate so the customer can verify gene expression using Western blot analysis.

Other applications for OriGene Validated Antibodies: OriGene antibodies may also be of use in your immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, immunofluroscence, flow cytometry and functional assays.

Validated Gene Over Expression Cell Lysates - Western blot standard

Western Blots: OriGene provides transient transfected WBS lysates in our validated antibody kits as denatured cell lysates for detection of the corresponding protein at the correct molecular weight.

Other applications for cell lysates: OriGene also provide the validated non-denatured cell lysates in RIPA buffer for use in immunoprecipitation for the enrichment of antigen in the solution. It can also be used for some other assays, such as kinase/phosphatase activity assays, protein-protein interaction determination.
