Specificity/Sensitivity: The anti-Myc tag antibody recognizes recombinant proteins containing a Myc epitope tag fused to carboxy-termini proteins in transfected mammalian cells. The anti-Myc tag antibody (TA150121) also recognizes native c- Myc protein weighted 62KDa when it is diluted at 1:500. Formulation: 0.64 mg/ml in PBS (PH 7.3) containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20ºC from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to opening the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Aliquot will be stable at 4ºC for 3 months. Application: Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Prepare working dilution immediately before use.
