HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TAL1 (RC222628, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TAL1.

Immunohistochemistry: TAL1 Antibody - A majority of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear positivity in few cases. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was seen in Purkinje cells and strong nuclear staining in bone marrow poetic cells. Hepatocytes showed moderate nuclear staining. Squamous epithelia and lymphoid tissues in general were negative or weakly stained. Most of the malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Few cases of ovarian, endometrial and liver cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear immunoreactivity in some cases. Lymphomas were all negative.
