Immunohistochemistry: CD276 Antibody - Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membranous immunoreactivity. Strong membranous expression was observed in the prostate gland. Basal layers of squamous epithelia showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Most cases of tumors demonstrated moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with membranous immunoreactivity. Squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas of prostate and endometrium demonstrated strong membranous staining. A majority of cases in malignant lymphomas, stomach and pancreatic cancers were weakly stained or negative. Image and statement courtesy of the Human Protein Atlas (HPA).
