| This gene encodes a member of the receptor protein tyrosine kinase family of proteins that transduce extracellular signals across the cell membrane. The encoded protein lacks detectable catalytic tyrosine kinase activity, is involved in the Wnt signaling pathway and plays a role in multiple cellular processes including polarity and adhesion. HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PTK7 (RC223416, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PTK7.

Anti-PTK7 mouse monoclonal antibody (TA504076) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY PTK7(RC223416).
FC Image
HEK293T cells transfected with either RC223416 overexpress plasmid(Red) or empty vector control plasmid(Blue) were immunostained by anti-PTK7 antibody(TA504076), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
