Background	ANTXR2 is a receptor for anthrax toxin. It binds to collagen IV and laminin, suggesting that it may be involved in extracellular matrix adhesion. Mutations in ANTXR2 cause juvenile hyaline fibromatosis and infantile systemic hyalinosis (1).
