Assay: Troponin T (cardiac) Antibody (1C11) - Calibrating curves for sandwich cTnT fluoroimmunoassay with different animal TnTs as antigen: human, canine, rat, mouse Clone 1C11 for capture (1 ug/well) and Cloneb 7E7 for detection (200 ng/well). Assay time: 30 min. Room temperature. Hybridoma cell line producing Clone 7E7 was raised after hybridization of myeloma cell line Sp2/0 with splenocytes of mice immunized with human tertiary Tn complex. Thus Clone 7E7 demonstrates slight cross-reaction with cTnI (about 5% based on ELISA data).
