The Parkin antibody was tested to pulldown endogenously expressed Parking in HIT-T15 cells (Lane 1, HIT-T15 cells; Lane 2, negative control) and transiently transfected Parkin in Hek cells (Lane 3, Hek cells; Lane 4, negative control).
