Western Blot: HDAC5 Antibody - Protein Molecular weight - 124 kDa. This is a western blot of mouse brain extract run on 7.5% SDS-PAGE in which a single band at 124kDa is observed corresponding to HDAC5. Peptide blocking using the immunizing peptide (data not shown) eliminates this band. The antibody concentration was 0.2ug/ml.
