TA307536 was used to detect IRF7 in Human tonsil tissue using IHC (Frozen sections). Human tonsil tissue was frozen and fixed with acetone fixed, sample permeabilized with 0.05% Tween and blocked with 6% BSA for 1 hr at room temp. Primary antibody was diluted 1/100 in 2% BSA in TBS/Tween and incubated for 12 hr at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor?488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal(1/25) was used as the secondary antibody. IRF7 staining in green, DAPI in blue.
