ATRIP is an 86 kDa protein that is phosphorylated by ATR, regulates ATR expression, and is an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint pathway. It localizes to the intranuclear foci after DNA damage or inhibition of replication.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control or pCMV6-ENTRY ATRIP (RC223562) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ATRIP.
