Function	STK11 encodes a member of the serine/threonine kinase family, regulates cell polarity and functions as a tumor suppressor. HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-XL5 control or pCMV-STK11 (SC119871) cDNA for 72 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-STK11 Rabbit polyclonal Ab.
