HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-XL5 control or pCMV-Cdc2 (SC111605) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-pCdc2-T161 Rabbit polyclonal Ab. The size markers are shown in numbers and the correct 35 kDa phospho-Cdc2 protein is indicated by an arrow.
