|The Golgi complex plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. GOLPH2 (Golgi membrane protein 1) is a type II Golgi transmembrane protein. It processes proteins synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum and assists in the transport of protein cargo through the Golgi apparatus. GOLPH2 has been observed to be upregulated in response to viral infection (1). It is also highly expressed in the colon, prostate, trachea and stomach (2).|

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - GOLPH2 antibody [EPR3606]; Immunohistochemical analysis of GOLPH2 in paraffin-embedded Human colon tissue using TA306987 at 1/500 dilution.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-GOLPH2 antibody [EPR3606]; TA306987 staining GOLPH2 in Human small intestine by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). .Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 5% milk for 30 min at 37°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in diluent) for 1 hour at 37°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
