Immunogen: recombinant GST produced in E.coil

Specificity / Sensitivity: The anti-GST tag antibody recognizes recombinant proteins containing a GST epitope tag fused to either the amino- ,carboxy-termini or internal of targeted proteins in transfected mammalian cells or prokaryotic expression systems.

Formulation: 0.13mg/ml in PBS (pH7.3) containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20ºC from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to opening the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Aliquot will be stable at 4ºC for 3 months.

Application: Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Prepare working dilution immediately before use. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: Western blot: 1:5000
