2H8 anti-tGFP (turboGFP) monoclonal antibody has been developed for the detection of tGFP tag fused to the N- or C-terminus of recombinant proteins
Immunogen A tGFP tagged recombinant protein expressed in HEK293T cell tGFP (turbo GFP) tGFP is an improved variant of GFP (green fluorescent protein) with bright green fluorescence, high pH-stability and photostability. The fast appearance of bright fluorescence of tGFP is critical for the applications of cell labeling, organelle labeling and promoter activity tracking.
