Kit Components
KN211001G1, PURB gRNA vector 1 in pCas-Guide vector
KN211001G2, PURB gRNA vector 2 in pCas-Guide vector
KN211001D, donor vector containing Left and right homologous arms and GFP-Puro functional cassette.

GE100003, scramble sequence in pCas-Guide vector

Disclaimer
The kit is designed based on the best knowledge of CRISPR technology. The system has been functionally validated for knocking-in the cassette downstream the native promoter. The efficiency of the knock-out varies due to the nature of the biology and the complexity of the experimental process.

Reference Data
RefSeq: NM_033224
Synonyms: PURBETA; PURBETA
Summary: This gene product is a sequence-specific, single-stranded DNA-binding protein. It binds preferentially to the single strand of the purine-rich element termed PUR, which is present at origins of replication and in gene flanking regions in a variety of eukaryotes from yeasts through humans. Thus, it is implicated in the control of both DNA replication and transcription. Deletion of this gene has been associated with myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myelogenous leukemia.
